Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales Director
AriZona Beverages is a family-owned American company known for its top-quality beverages. The Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales Director will manage multiple distributors in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, focusing on building strong relationships to increase sales and productivity.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Distributors Brand Managers / Senior Managers / Ownership
Work directly with Wholesale Brand Managers / Senior Managers
Work directly with Retail Buyers / Category Managers / Ownership
Build Revenue / Volume / KPI’s Plans
Ability to present out in front of sales teams
Ability to manage a Field Sales Team
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience as a manager in the beverage industry
10+ years of solid experience in sales, alcohol sales experience a plus
Excellent analytical and organizational skills (Excel and PowerPoint required)
Strong communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Ability to lead and motivate sales teams at the distributor
Availability to travel, as needed with overnight stays
Must have clean drivers license
Preferred
BS Degree preferred
