Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy targeting HNW/UHNW, family office, and RIA audiences
Own the firm’s brand positioning, content, digital, and investor engagement strategy end-to-end
Build and manage a high-performing marketing & growth team, spanning content, analytics, investor events, martech, and product marketing
Collaborate closely with sales, investment, and capital raising teams to drive measurable revenue growth
Lead event-driven marketing, including roadshows, investor summits, and experiential strategies
Oversee marketing analytics and attribution frameworks to track ROI, optimize spend, and refine strategy
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in investment marketing, capital raising, or financial services marketing leadership roles
Proven success targeting B2C HNW/UHNW investors in private markets or real estate
Strong experience in ABM, digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
Strategic thinker who can also execute and scale rapidly in a high-growth environment
Data-driven operator who understands how to build a repeatable, scalable growth engine
Comfortable working cross-functionally with capital raising, lending, and platform teams
