The Vice President, Strategic Expansion is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the company's global growth strategy, market expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships. This role involves leading expansion efforts across new geographies, client segments, and strategic verticals while ensuring operational discipline and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead Track Finance’s strategic expansion initiatives across the Americas and priority international markets
Identify, evaluate, and execute market entry strategies, including partnerships, alliances, and regional operating models
Develop scalable frameworks for geographic expansion, client acquisition, and ecosystem growth
Assess competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and market dynamics to inform expansion decisions
Partner with executive leadership to define and execute Track Finance’s long-term growth and expansion strategy
Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans, timelines, and performance metrics
Drive cross-functional execution across product, technology, operations, legal, and compliance teams
Lead strategic initiatives that enhance market positioning, revenue growth, and operational scalability
Build and manage strategic relationships with financial institutions, fintech partners, technology providers, and ecosystem stakeholders
Structure partnerships that support client adoption, product distribution, and long-term value creation
Represent Track Finance in executive-level discussions with institutional clients and strategic partners
Strengthen Track Finance’s credibility and visibility within the global fintech and financial services community
Ensure expansion initiatives are supported by scalable operational, governance, and compliance frameworks
Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to align infrastructure with growth objectives
Support the development of repeatable go-to-market and onboarding processes for new regions and clients
Monitor execution risks and proactively address operational or regulatory challenges
Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure expansion strategies align with regulatory requirements
Support the development of governance structures that enable controlled, sustainable growth
Promote a culture of accountability, risk awareness, and ethical business practices
Act as a senior leader and strategic advisor across the organization
Foster strong collaboration between strategy, business development, operations, and product teams
Mentor emerging leaders and contribute to succession planning and organizational development
Champion Track Finance’s values of innovation, trust, and execution excellence

Required

15–20+ years of progressive experience in strategic growth, business development, or executive leadership within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven financial organizations
Demonstrated success in leading market expansion, international growth, or large-scale strategic initiatives
Strong understanding of financial markets, fintech platforms, and institutional client ecosystems
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution in complex, fast-growing environments
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering required
