Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs and describe options and associated costs to the customer. Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood with options, as possible
Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and records
Unclog and clean sewers and drains for customers
Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
Qualification
Required
Mechanically Inclined and Possess a Basic Knowledge of Plumbing
Be Coachable – Willing to Learn and Grow
Personable and professional with a knack for diffusing messy situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and a Contagious Positive Attitude with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
Safety Minded with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Proven Attendance Record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Preferred
Some drain experience preferred, but not required
