Business Development Representative
Carolina Sweepers is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive sales and maintain meaningful relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Promote and present services tailored to individual customer needs
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
Resolve client concerns post-sale, ensuring long-term satisfaction
Keep existing and former clients informed about service updates and new offerings
Identify new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts
Visit and walk commercial properties to assess needs and opportunities
Maintain accurate, detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and account status
Provide periodic sales forecasts for your assigned territory
Exercise sound judgment in business and customer service decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Represent Carolina Sweepers as a knowledgeable and trusted brand ambassador
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of sales experience
Maintaining a book of business
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Experience with Service Fusion is a plus
Active driver license and a clean driving record
Excellent communication and people skills
Self-motivated to win
Care of company vehicle
Preferred
Experience in the property management/maintenance fields
