Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP ePP/DS solutions for discrete manufacturing
Translate complex business needs into technical definitions and design high-performance planning models
Manage Onshore/Offshore coordination to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Configure and optimize Interactive Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Pegging, and Planning Boards
Architect solutions for Cross-Location Planning, Multi-Level Constraint-based plans, and Telescopic Time Buckets
Present architectural concepts and complex ideas to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Over 16 years of experience in SAP PP/DS Solution Architect role
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP ePP/DS solutions for discrete manufacturing
Translate complex business needs into technical definitions and design high-performance planning models
Manage Onshore/Offshore coordination to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Configure and optimize Interactive Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Pegging, and Planning Boards
Architect solutions for Cross-Location Planning, Multi-Level Constraint-based plans, and Telescopic Time Buckets
Present architectural concepts and complex ideas to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
10+ years of hands-on experience in S/4HANA Production Planning
Deep expertise in Detailed Scheduling, Constraint-Based Planning, Sequencing, and Model Mix Planning
Proficiency in Sub-daily Buckets, Automated Planning Responses, and Time-Dependent Safety Stock
Strong knowledge of Demand/Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and Distribution Planning
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead implementations independently
Preferred
Experience in the Automotive industry or Repetitive Manufacturing
Knowledge of Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory Management within the E2E Supply Chain
Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
