Responsibilities

Lead the overall strategic SHAZAM relationship for clients and provide leadership to client executives while monitoring opportunity & accounts to ensure procedures support contract provisions and meet clients' strategic needs

Assure that activity levels are conducive to retaining clients and engaging them actively in their relationship with SHAZAM

Focus on and develop ideas and plans that support pipeline growth for client executives, managing clients along with leading the contract renewal process engaging leadership where needed

Lead the team’s development of data and analytics skills, as well as the ability to communicate them to clients

Execute one-on-one meetings to ensure development is individually appropriate and in keeping with team standards and goals

Required

Strong track record in relationship management, data/analytics, contract negotiation, and sales are necessary

Must possess a valid driver's license to drive on Company business and provide documentation of current personal auto insurance ($300,000 in personal liability coverage is required)
