Responsibilities
Building complex, production-grade AI systems
Working directly with customers to understand their problems and shape product development
Developing full-stack solutions, with a focus on back-end systems
Engaging in tight feedback loops with customers, informing weekly sprints and feature development
Contributing to the overall platform, focusing on reliability and expanding automation
Qualification
Required
6 - 15 years of experience in product engineering (senior to staff level) with flexibility downward if there are strong exception signals like top school, exceptional startup experience, or fast promotion trajectory
Experience taking a customer problem to a full-stack solution – needs to show end-to-end work
Startup experience (or very strong interest), ideally in early-stage companies
Career path shows excellence or work at startups with a high bar for engineering
Worked at companies for 2-3+ years per role
Top-tier university for CS or other similar subjects
Fast promotion through engineering ranks
Strong backend experience
Some frontend user facing product work
Experience building production-grade AI systems and working with Agent architectures (a huge plus)
Curious and growth-oriented mindset
Interest in supply chain/physical economy workflows
