Assistant Project Manager
HySafe is a premier provider of turnkey fall protection systems. The Assistant Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering engineered fall protection solutions and managing unique projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget completion.

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage installation projects to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget completion
Track project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
Serve as the primary liaison with customers, external engineers, and installers to ensure clear communication and expectations
Lead and manage logistics of teams of installers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of high quality
Regularly review cost reports and manage change orders to ensure financial performance
Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols on all job sites
Provide regular project updates and build strong, long-term customer relationships
Assess fall hazards, clearances, structures, and obstacles to recommend effective safety systems
Estimate projects for sales team to deliver high-quality proposals
Manage the full project lifecycle—from kickoff through completed installation
Share customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry
Ability to manage the life cycles of projects with multiple timelines
Must be comfortable and confident working at heights, including climbing rooftops, for occasional onsite assessments
Highly ethical, self-motivated, and positive addition to company culture

Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent
Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting or interpreting contracts
At least 1 year of experience preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
At least 1 year of experience planning and supervising construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
Strong math skills, analytical thinking, detail oriented, and proficiency with estimating software and all Microsoft Office programs
