Responsibilities
Completing the entire credit application process
Creating accounts for all new customer based on information received on credit applications provided by sales team
Log created accounts on credit application log
Send bank reference request for new accounts and follow up with banks in a timely manner
Receive and assemble bank responses with credit applications and consequently forward them for credit terms to upper management
Scan approved credit applications into the system for record keeping
Tracking of payments based on COD aging
Conduct internal search for payments on COD accounts
Contacting customers to collect unpaid cods in a timely manner
Updating notes in system with information provided by customers
Post payments to customer accounts
Qualification
Required
No experience required
Bachelor's Degree in related field or High school Diploma/GED with 1 year recent experience in accounting
Must be a hard worker, able to multi-task
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong internal and external customer service skills
Must be proactive with good problem-solving skills
Must be detail-oriented
Strong proficiency in data entry, quick learner
Be willing and able to handle a high volume of data entry and filing
Only qualified candidates will be considered
Preferred
Some collections or Accounts Receivables experience preferred
