Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support to partners integrating with the platform
Troubleshoot complex API, integration, authentication, and data issues
Triage and manage high-priority incidents, ensuring resolution within SLA
Debug issues using multiple programming languages and technical tools
Analyze REST API requests, JSON/XML payloads, and web service interactions
Drive issues from investigation through resolution by coordinating with engineering teams
Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage multiple partner requests simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
Lead or support special projects involving multiple internal and external teams
Create, improve, and follow technical support processes and procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Partner Management, and Sales teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience supporting customers or partners in a complex SaaS or software environment
Strong experience consulting with customers on critical and urgent technical issues
Hands-on experience coding and debugging in at least two languages (Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, C#, Kotlin, or Swift)
Strong experience with APIs, REST services, and web service protocols
Proficiency with JSON, XML, and other data interchange formats
Experience with SSO, authentication, and identity-related integrations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage incidents under strict SLA timelines
