Responsibilities
Quote, sell, and cross-sell commercial insurance lines in a high-volume inside sales model
Convert inbound and outbound opportunities with a strong close rate (approximately 50%)
Work an active and established pipeline (approximately $720K rolling pipeline)
Educate clients and transition relationships toward advisory-level engagements
Collaborate closely with account management and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Maintain a consultative, ethical approach to commercial risk solutions
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of insurance or inside sales experience
Commercial lines experience preferred; strong candidates from high-volume carriers or agencies encouraged
Motivated by autonomy and ownership of outcomes
Motivated by residual commission income
Motivated by access to a broader range of commercial products and markets
Motivated by higher close rates than traditional agency environments
