Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps through employee feedback, manager consultations, and performance data
Curriculum Development: Create engaging content, including manuals, videos, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises
Training Delivery: Facilitate sessions using diverse methods (classroom, virtual, blended) and adapt to different learning styles
Program Coordination: Manage schedules, logistics, enrollment, and resources for all training activities
Evaluation & Reporting: Measure program impact on performance and ROI, and update strategies based on results
Technology Integration: Adapt materials for digital platforms and manage learning management systems (LMS)
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a resource for best practices in learning and development
Qualification
