The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for contract negotiation, managing contractual agreements, analyzing contracts, and overseeing contract management processes on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

Timely, effective response to email requests for contracts

Run background checks on owners / businesses and thoroughly review reports

In depth research of businesses to confirm physical address, DBA and additional information, etc

Calculate fees and payback amounts

Data entry, correct merchant information as needed for accuracy

Support and maintain department

Performs additional tasks, projects, special assignments as required

High school diploma (or GED equivalent)

Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe as well as Gmail, computer literacy, ten key by touch, Orgmeter experience a plus
