Responsibilities
Reviewing employment-related provisions in larger transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, JVs, and similar
Drafting/negotiating employment-related agreements, separation agreements, and similar
Counsel executives on employment-related issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD), admitted to practice in Texas, with 7+ years of relevant labor & employment experience
Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance matters, including corporate governance related to workforce issues
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships at all levels
