Required

10-15 years experience leading complex client engagements at a consulting firm
Experience in Program Management
Experience in Global digital transformations
Experience in Subscription economy technology implementations
Experience in Patient experience and healthcare technology transformation
Experience in Healthcare revenue cycle management
Experience in Business development and client relationship management
Skilled at managing client relationships
Experience working with large, highly complex organizations
Strong Boston network
Natural mentor with a teaching mindset
Passionate about work with strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical abilities
Humble, reflective, and open to learning
Courage to take on difficult challenges
Values diverse perspectives and is a team player
