Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT operations team

Stay hands-on with escalations across Windows, networking, virtualization, M365, and automation

Own the reliability, security, and performance of all core IT infrastructure

Oversee patching, backups, disaster recovery, documentation, and audits

Drive process improvements, reduce risk, and partner with leadership on strategy and budgeting
