Responsibilities
Fertilizer and pesticide application (according to schedule) to lawns, trees, and shrubs
Responsible for weed control, shrub care, and aeration
Must use proper application techniques and compliance with ODA standards, rules, and regulations
Assist Client Care Specialist/Account Manager with estimates
Perform service calls and lawn inspections
Provide excellent customer service by handling customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Educate customers on the proper care of their lawn and landscape
Follow all proper safety procedures
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Perform snow removal in the winter months
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Fertilizer and pesticide application (according to schedule) to lawns, trees, and shrubs
Responsible for weed control, shrub care, and aeration
Must use proper application techniques and compliance with ODA standards, rules, and regulations

Availability to work a varied schedule including Saturdays, as needed
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions including wet, rain, snow, or extreme heat or cold
Basic understanding of mechanical landscape equipment
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
Ability to operate the equipment listed above, in addition to other commonly used landscaping equipment
Preferred
Ability to identify plants
Knowledge of fertilization and pesticides is preferred
Valid driver's license is preferred, with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards
High school diploma or GED, preferred
