Responsibilities

Manage the full grievance process, including investigation, documentation, response preparation, and resolution

Serve as the primary labor relations point of contact for supervisors and plant leadership in a 24/7 operating environment

Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements consistently and fairly

Resolve disputes at the lowest possible level through effective communication and problem-solving

Advise supervisors and managers on labor relations practices, discipline, and contract compliance

Participate in union meetings, labor-management discussions, and related negotiations as required

Track trends, recurring issues, and risk areas; recommend proactive solutions

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations
