Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
Analyze performance trends, risks, and variances
Prepare forecasts and financial insights for senior leadership
Deliver ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial initiatives
Act as a strategic financial advisor to business unit leaders
Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business outcomes
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, tools, and analytics
Support the development of FP&A capabilities and best practices
Leverage financial systems and technology to enhance decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related role
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with non-financial leaders
Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
