Responsibilities
Program and troubleshoot assigned DCS/Systems
Identify and implement improvements to enhance plant performance and reliability
Design and oversee engineering for DCS/Systems capital projects
Perform regular system health checks, including hardware integrity and performance monitoring
Stay up to date with system software updates and provide necessary training
Work with system TAC to resolve DCS system performance issues
Provide DCS training for engineers and board operators
Monitor and maintain system backups and data restoration processes
Provide regular progress updates to the DCS Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of DCS programming in a chemical process environment
Good working knowledge of Emerson DeltaV
