Responsibilities

Ensuring quality vehicles are built within the department and non-conformance is followed up on
Employees time is completed daily for payroll
Throughput efficiencies are measured and improved upon daily
Manage cost through scrap reduction initiatives
Problem solving of issues within the department
People management and issue resolution between employees and quick grievance resolution

Required

Associate degree in Manufacturing or Business
5 years of manufacturing experience
Automotive manufacturing experience
Hands-on team development leadership

Mechanically inclined with the ability to identify parts and their specifications

Preferred

Lean 6 Sigma experience
