BI strategy and execution, delivering actionable insights across the organization
Design and optimize SQL queries, Oracle packages, and ERP integrations
Administration of Salesforce and manage Salesforce data flows
Drive automation and standardization for reporting and analytics
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and support growth
Provide data-driven recommendations for sales and marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
Expert in SQL query development and Oracle packages
ETL experience and ERP management experience
Skilled in Salesforce configuration/administration (workflows, reporting, dashboards)
Experience in integration tools
Strong communicator across different levels of cross-functional teams who can translate complex data into clear business insights
Process-oriented with a passion for automation and efficiency
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
7+ years in BI or related roles with proven leadership and project management experience
Preferred
Experience in medical device industry preferred
