We are seeking a results-driven and forward-thinking Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee, optimize, and scale our multi-warehouse operations, ensuring operational excellence and high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse operations across multiple facilities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
Maintain and manage accurate inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring visibility, reconciliation, and fulfillment accuracy
Establish and track KPIs to meet SLAs and maintain exceptionally low shipping error rates
Implement and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational transparency and efficiency
Drive automation initiatives (liquid filling machines, conveyor belts, labeling systems, etc.) to streamline workflows
Design and scale production flows for perfumes, room sprays, fragrance oils, and related consumer goods
Lead, mentor, and grow warehouse leadership teams and staff
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to align warehouse operations with company growth strategies
Analyze data and generate insights to support forecasting, process improvements, and long-term planning
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive leadership in warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution
Proven experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses with high accuracy
Strong track record implementing ERP systems and automation technologies
Experience working in e-commerce environments, ideally in fast-scaling companies
Expertise in production flow design for perfumes, room sprays, fragrance oils, or similar products
Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs, meeting SLAs, and minimizing shipping errors
Strong leadership and people management skills across multi-site teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
Preferred
advanced degree/certification is a plus
