Responsibilities
Manage a group of client relationships by responding to their questions, meeting with them throughout the year, and helping them with tax planning and other accounting/advisory needs
Tax return preparation for some simple and some more complicated returns
Initial review support on simple tax returns prepared by staff level team members
Prepare tax plan documents and use tax planning software to identify most ideal tax planning strategies, for Tax Manager to deliver tax plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
4+ years of tax experience working with small business owners
A servant's heart and positive attitude for helping business owners understand the tax side of their businesses
The ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
The desire to work with an outstanding team
Preferred
Tax experience: 4 years
