Responsibilities

Maintain and create listings

Update listings

Business and Financial Modeling

Facilitate the hiring, training, and supervision of interns

Verifying and checking time per tasks

Handle reported issues promptly, investigate their root causes, and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve them with management

Provide support to the Sales Director in financial matters, assisting with listing, pricing duties and bookkeeping

Identify and address, matters, including complaints, disputes, and the collection of agency fees payments

Help market vacant apartments, houses, or buildings on behalf of property owners, using various channels to attract potential tenants or buyers

Provide regular updates and reports to managers, property owners, keeping them informed about the status of their properties and making recommendations for improvements
