Consulting
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct legal research and analysis
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
Participate in meetings with clients and negotiate settlements
Assist in the preparation for trials
Demonstrate proficiency in Word and Microsoft Office
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualification
Required
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required
Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy

Preferred
Prior insurance defense or personal injury experience preferred but not required
