Responsibilities
Provides support and maintenance of ROPS systems
Requirements gathering and writing technical and functional KB documents
Serve as a liaison between support team members
Prepare and/or present documentation of business/technical presentations
Ensure timely and accurate communication with support teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Provide technical skillsets to support ROPS production applications, products and services
Provide support, maintenance, monitor all ROPS production systems
Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues
Provide downstream KB's for the Service Desk
Facilitate process automation wherever possible
Ensure IT best practices in production environments
Ensure DaVita company security policies are followed
Learn and develop the full duties of the teams they support
Work alongside internal IT teams, external vendors, QA, and Product Management teams
Drive results and clear obstacles by collaborating with other teams
Be a critical member during Month End Close (MEC)
Participate in afterhours on-call responsibilities on a rotating on-call schedule
Provide support and maintenance of ROPS systems
