Responsibilities
Engage with users to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements
Design and document workflows, data models, and process improvements
Configure and optimize D365 Business Central for finance, operations, and supply chain divisions
Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide clear, actionable insights
Build and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration across Microsoft tools
Support testing, training, and post-implementation adoption
Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or Microsoft-focused environments
Strong knowledge of Dynamics Business Central and its core modules
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong documentation and process mapping capabilities
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
