Responsibilities

Lead FISP/LL11 projects from assessment through completion, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance
Manage and mentor small project teams, fostering collaboration, quality, and professional development
Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Provide technical guidance on building envelope systems, façade evaluations, and restoration strategies
Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth and contribute to long‑term strategic initiatives

Qualification

Registered Architect (RA)Professional Engineer (PE)FISP/Local Law 11 experienceBuilding envelope systemsClient-facing communicationRegulatory complianceTeam leadershipProject management

Required

Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) in New York - required
7+ years of experience in FISP/Local Law 11, including hands‑on project management
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong client‑facing communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
Deep understanding of building envelope systems, restoration methodologies, and NYC regulatory requirements

Preferred

Ambition to acquire QEWI or QPSI is ideal
Experience in parking garage restoration or façade systems - additional
Ambition to grow into higher‑level leadership within a firm that actively supports career development
