Professional pedigree: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, Bain, top MBA program, or Fortune 500 finance rotational program
Thrive in ambiguity: You prioritize competing demands, troubleshoot independently, and coordinate without constant direction
Influence without authority: You build relationships across departments, ask smart questions, and drive results
Denver-committed: Already here or relocating immediately (3-4 days/week in-office minimum—this role requires hallway conversations and real-time CFO access - remote won't work)
Energy-curious: Ready to learn natural gas, power generation, and operations
