Responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and performance-manage a team of Salesforce developers (both onshore and offshore)
Serve as the technical lead across multiple Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
Provide hands-on development and architecture guidance across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Lightning solutions
Establish and enforce development standards, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable deliverables
Participate in client solution design sessions, translating requirements into technical design documents
Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and sprint planning for the technical team
Drive adoption of modern Salesforce DevOps, Git branching, and testing practices
Contribute to internal technical enablement, reusable frameworks, and Vectr’s delivery playbooks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Salesforce platform experience (including Apex, LWC, Flow, and API integration)
5–8 years in a Tech Lead or Architect role, preferably within a consulting or professional services organization
Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration patterns
Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps frameworks
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Strong leadership presence and collaborative mindset
Commitment to continuous improvement, mentorship, and technical excellence
Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Application or System Architect (or progress toward CTA)
Salesforce DevOps Center or Copado Certification (nice to have)
