Responsibilities
Manage and execute project tasks to support manufacturing and facility initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendors
Review and confirm plans provided by general contractors (GC) and ensure compliance with company standards
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
Oversee vendor relations and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to quality control systems and safety standards
Example task: Confirm power installation plans during phase 2 of a project and ensure alignment with proposed schedules
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
3–5 years of project management experience, with at least 2–3 years in manufacturing environments
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
Familiarity with quality control systems
Cross-functional team leadership
Budget and timeline management
Vendor relations
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
PMP preferred
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma helpful
