Inside Sales Representative
Guardian is a company dedicated to responsibly handling IT assets and ensuring data security. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive transactional revenue and support their partner ecosystem in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and close transactional sales opportunities under $15K
Follow up on inbound and outbound leads with speed and consistency
Identify upsell opportunities within active and quoted pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM and NetSuite records with clear next steps
Coordinate with Account Management, Sales Support, and Client Operations to support project scheduling and handoffs
Track and leverage partner programs (SPIFFs, rebates, co-marketing)
Identify and engage new ITAD partners
Support quoting as needed, with a focus on shredding and datacenter services
Qualification
Required
Inside sales or BDR experience (partner-led or B2B preferred)
Comfortable with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Clear communicator who builds trust quickly
Growth mindset with strong ownership and accountability
