The role involves leading the SEC financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with SEC disclosure requirements, and managing a team of accountants.

Responsibilities

Lead the SEC financial reporting process including the timely and accurate filing of Forms 10-Q/K, 8-K and other SEC documents

Schedule and facilitate meetings with senior leadership to discuss business trends and draft management discussion and analysis in advance of quarterly reporting

Preparation and facilitation of quarterly end-to-end reporting workflow

Manage external audit review comments on Forms 10-Q/K, 8-K and other SEC documents

Responsible for ongoing management of Workiva for use of financial reporting, including iXBRL

Coordinate with Accounting Policy to ensure compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and accounting guidance

Manage team of two accountants
