Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of complex projects that support the 5 Year Strategic Plan
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities from multiple sources and hierarchy
Full project life cycle ownership including:
Prepare detailed project plans and estimates
Responsibility for project scope, execution, change management, and success measures
Manage outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, and dependencies
Develop proposals, documentation, and presentations for multiple audiences, including project team, sponsors, executives
Provide status updates to leadership on project deliverables, dependencies, issues, and decisions needed
Drive solution and process design activities, including conducting technical and process design workshops with project teams and across Business Units
Understand challenges to design solutions that address people, process, technology, and data needs to achieve desired outcomes
Work creatively and analytically in a collaborative environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Qualification
Required
Business or Technology related bachelor's degree
Three or more years of project management experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities from multiple sources and hierarchy
Full project life cycle ownership including: Prepare detailed project plans and estimates
