Responsibilities
Assisting in Bending Workshop production capacity and yield improvement, ARG Plant witnessing various varieties, complicated processes and diverse equipment, multiple programs in post operation, instructing employees to produce independently
Training Bending Workshop lead post operation, process, equipment, quality (on-site instruction)
Training Bending Workshop loading and unloading operation, process, equipment, quality (on-site instruction), analyzing, explaining, tracking, determining suspicious and unqualified products
Training Bending Workshop dispatcher and mold repairer post operation, process, quality (on-site instruction); ARG Plant witnessing multiple glass varieties, urgent production tasks, multiple mold varieties, complicated mold processes, especially important for products, requiring proper training, supervision and control
Training Bending Workshop inspector operation, process, quality (on-site instruction)
Assisting in Bending Workshop management group, ensuring safe production, improving labor efficiency, reducing costs, meeting customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in bending furnace on-site operation
Experience in mold modification and design in automotive glass manufacturing
