Evaluate AI/LLM outputs across various finance domains where model performance needs improvement
Apply real-world finance expertise to help AI systems learn financial modeling, analysis, and decision-making concepts
Create structured rubrics to assess model capabilities in areas such as:
Deal analysis
M&A evaluations
Financial forecasting and valuation
Risk and portfolio analysis
Collaborate closely with researchers and fellow finance experts to:
Define evaluation benchmarks
Improve training methodologies
Shape long-term model performance strategies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking, Private Equity / Venture Capital / Growth Equity, Capital Markets, Portfolio or Asset Management, Equity or Credit Research, Trading / Quantitative Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Financial Consulting
Strong understanding of core finance concepts, including: Investment and deal analysis, Financial modeling and forecasting, Corporate finance and revenue builds, Asset management and risk management
Excellent written English communication skills
Preferred
CFA (Level I / II / III)
CA / CPA
MBA in Finance
