Responsibilities
Analyze moderately complex data models, leveraging multiple reports, data sources, and analytical techniques to deliver actionable outcomes
Identify data requirements, collect and validate data, and develop new reports as well as custom/ad-hoc analyses for diverse business needs
Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders in a clear, structured manner
Conduct internal and external research to support analysis, reporting, and decision-making
Collaborate with peers across departments and contribute as an active member of project teams
Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) and support the administration of collaboration platforms such as SharePoint
Travel within the service territory for business needs, up to approximately 20% of the time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Around 2 years of relevant experience in a business, data, or analytics-focused role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with applications such as Project and Visio (or similar)
Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform products, especially Power BI, for analytics and visualization
Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration
Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Foundry, or similar technologies
Strong understanding of analytical approaches, including what-if modeling and how drivers impact business outcomes
Solid qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and ambiguity while maintaining high-quality output
Confident presentation skills to communicate insights and recommendations effectively
