Responsibilities
Participate in the overall company strategy development and be responsible for the decomposition, planning, and execution of the strategy at the operational level
Translate company strategic objectives into clear operational paths, phased goals, and key action plans
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of strategy execution and propose adjustments and optimization suggestions
Build and continuously optimize the company's operational system and management mechanisms to improve overall organizational efficiency
Drive end-to-end business process optimization to achieve standardized, scalable, and replicable operating models
Support the operational design and implementation of new businesses, new models, and new markets
Establish a company-wide operational performance management system (KPIs, OKRs, business indicators, etc.)
Monitor operational performance through data analysis, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Promote a data- and results-oriented operational management culture
Collaborate closely with business, finance, product, technology, human resources, and other departments to align strategic objectives
Lead the resolution of complex operational problems across departments and business units
Improve organizational collaboration efficiency and overall execution capabilities
Responsible for company-wide major operational projects, transformation projects, or efficiency improvement projects
Manage risks, communication, and organizational impact during the change process
Ensure that change initiatives are effectively implemented and produce measurable business results
Build and lead the strategic operations team, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and performance objectives
Develop the team's capabilities in strategic analysis, operational management, and project management
Cultivate an operational culture of high execution, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Management Science, Engineering, or a related field
Over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations management, or general management
At least 10 years of experience in business leadership, operations leadership, or headquarters management positions
Experience in group companies, platform companies, or high-growth companies
Ability to translate strategy into actionable operational plans
Proficient in designing operational systems from a holistic perspective
Driving decision-making and continuous improvement based on data
Driving execution without direct reporting relationships
Ability to drive organizational efficiency in uncertain environments
Preferred
MBA, EMBA, or strategic management background
Experience in strategic operations, COO assistant, General Manager's office, or headquarters management
Experience participating in or leading company-wide transformation, restructuring, or scaling phases
Background in consulting firms, investment institutions, or platform companies
Experience in managing multiple business units or multiple regions is a plus
