Responsibilities
Conduct sales visits to new and existing customers, offering tailored residential and commercial HVAC services
Educate clients on optimal replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems, emphasizing energy efficiency and long-term value
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, quickly establishing rapport and trust to drive sales success
Develop and maintain excellent rapport and seamless communication with the install department, co-workers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Actively participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Proven sales history with a minimum of 1 year of HVAC outside sales experience is required
High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism
Must be coachable and possess a willingness to learn new things and adapt to new sales strategies
Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly create rapport with diverse customers
Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen upon hire
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
Comfortable and capable of working in basements and crawl spaces
Preferred
An associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC or a related field is preferred
