Responsibilities

Summer Analysts will work on a wide range of assignments including sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, carve-outs, private placements and leveraged buyouts
Summer Analysts are expected to be involved with the development, structuring and financing of transactions and regularly attend client and internal meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions
As part of a team assigned to these projects, Summer Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
Financial analysis and modeling
Drafting of client presentations
Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use
Conducting financial due diligence and company, market, and/or industry-related research
Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
New client development
Participation in talent development efforts including recruiting

Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
