Manage a broad range of complex matters in federal & state courts and arbitration forums nationwide
Own key phases of litigation: client communications, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, mediations, and negotiating settlements
Take and defend fact & expert depositions
Qualification
Required
Active Nebraska bar (or the ability to gain admission within one year)
1+ years of civil litigation experience; background in complex business litigation, product liability, or other torts is a plus
Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills; strategic and analytical mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team
