Monadnock Conservancy is focused on managing and monitoring recreation lands in the Monadnock Region. The Seasonal Recreation Technician will assist the Land and Recreation Manager in overseeing trails, coordinating volunteer efforts, and managing recreational activities.

Responsibilities

Monitor trails and property boundaries to document issues and oversee trail repairs

Coordinate and supervise volunteer workdays as needed

Assist with updating of trail systems maps as needed

Assist with monitoring, documentation, and management of other recreational activities

Mark property boundaries and install signage as needed

Write reports and complete other tasks as assigned

Strong writing skills with an attention to detail

Ability to work independently or collaboratively

Reliable transportation
