Responsibilities

Provides BPI support across organizational units and/or for large integrated processes or functions
Works throughout the organization to identify change targets with potentially significant business impact; target areas may include: Store Operations, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Vendor / Supplier Management, Customer experience
Works on complex business problems that may include multiple functions and/or diverse technologies
Gathers and documents requirements for initiative design and associated project management
Provides leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, including resource estimation, milestone identification, team facilitation, change management, and reporting
Ensures business processes are analyzed from multiple aspects, including inputs, outputs, user and customer experience
Leads in the identification and analysis of high impact change targets
Engages with process owners / stakeholders to develop change recommendations, design testing strategies, and evaluate effectiveness of recommended approaches
Supports process improvement implementation through education, training, or facilitation as required
Follows up to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
