Responsibilities

Develop, review, and maintain product development documentation including specifications, timelines, and launch plans
Lead the end-to-end execution of new product proposals and SKU introductions, coordinating with retailer merchants and internal approval teams
Manage ongoing account reporting, sales forecasting, and compliance submissions for recurring retailer requirements
Conduct market research and guide development efforts for new private label and branded product initiatives
Prepare and edit professional communications such as proposals, meeting summaries, and Quarterly Business Reviews
Analyze sales and performance data using POS platforms such as Nielsen and Retail Link, delivering concise insights to leadership
Coordinate marketing and launch support, including product samples, promotional activity, and in-store execution planning
Act as the central point of contact between retail partners, internal product teams, and external vendors

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail account management with a strong emphasis on product development; CPG or private label experience is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
Proven experience managing retail product launches and participating in or leading QBRs
In-depth understanding of the product lifecycle, retail compliance standards, and vendor documentation requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with sales analytics platforms such as Nielsen or Retail Link
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal teams and external partners

Preferred

CPG or private label experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with major retailer operational processes is strongly preferred
