Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing of Genesys IVR applications
Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Cyara
Validate call flows, prompts, menus, integrations, and backend responses
Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
Analyze call logs, test results, and reports to ensure IVR quality and performance
Support test planning, test case creation, and test execution activities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience testing Genesys IVR solutions
Strong experience with Cyara (Automated & Manual IVR Testing)
Knowledge of IVR call flows, CTI, SIP, and telephony concepts
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
