Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of business analysts supporting multiple functions across NAOU

Build capabilities in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business case development

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and digital/data teams

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and analytics solutions

Ensure solutions meet business objectives and drive adoption across functions

Partner with DTS and product teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve issues

Identify opportunities to improve processes and decision-making through data-driven insights

Support initiatives that embed analytics into operational workflows

Maintain alignment with enterprise standards for data, security, and compliance

Ensure consistent documentation and communication of requirements and outcomes
