Responsibilities

Contribute to administration of care management
Provides CM support by managing shared mailboxes and entering data into work queues, mailing letters/educational material, researching unable to contact members and will complete other administrative functions, as assigned
Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members
Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments
Perform computations
Typically works on semi-routine assignments

Required

Must currently reside in the state of Indiana
Less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Administration support experience in a healthcare industry
Familiarity with care and well-being resources
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred

Associate's Degree
Microsoft Access proficiency
