Responsibilities
Catalyze Growth: Own the full sales cycle from cold call to close, including compelling product demos and expert negotiations
Generate Pipeline: Make 100-125 calls per day to engage contractors and build a robust pipeline, charting the course to surpass revenue targets
Innovate & Strategize: Bring fresh ideas to broaden our reach and identify new opportunities
Stay Ahead: Maintain an expert-level understanding of our product, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
1+ year in a sales role with a proven 'hunter' mentality and a strong track record of closing deals
High energy, positive, and a natural problem-solver
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to leverage sales scripts effectively to drive conversions
Thrive independently with a laser focus on achieving and exceeding goals
Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
